Plaintiffs Say Recent Miss. Sup. Ct. Ruling Doesn't Apply to Similar Case

GULFPORT, Miss. - Plaintiffs' counsel in a Mississippi silica case has written a state court judge arguing that the state Supreme Court's recent opinion on a girlfriend's lack of standing to bring a silica-related wrongful death claim does not apply to a similar case now making its way through the courts. Kinsey, et al. v. Pangborn Corp., et al., No. A2401-07-151 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Harrison Cty.).
