Witness Lists Due May 10 in Next MDL Bellwether Trial

CLEVELAND - MDL Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley has issued an updated Case Management Order in a case scheduled for trial in June, ordering parties to exchange witness lists and deposition designations by May 10. Phillips v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No. 1:05-cv-18773 (N.D. Ohio).

Trial on welding fume claims brought by Jerry Phillips are scheduled for trial beginning n June 7 before Judge Donald C. Nugent in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
