Court Denies U.S. Silica Appeal of Ruling on Inadequate Warning Claim

JACKSON, Miss. - The Mississippi Supreme Court has denied a petition to appeal a trial court ruling that permitted a former sandblaster to proceed with allegations that warnings on the sand product he used were too small to effectively prevent his exposure to respirable silica. U.S. Silica Co. v. Parker, No. 2009-M-01712-SCT (Miss. Sup. Ct.).
