OAKLAND, Calif. - A safety design consultant described in court papers as a "minor player" has filed an application with the California Superior Court for approval of a $12,500 settlement with a bridge welder on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge project. Link v. Welding Products Cases, No. RG05212890 [JCCP 4368] (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
Attorneys for plaintiff Gustave W. Link and defendant Lacroix Davis LLC filed the Application for Determination of Good Faith Settlement with the Oakland County Superior Court on April 1.
