ST. LOUIS - A federal court has affirmed a decision to deny disability benefits to a former employee at a tool and die firm who contended that a host of pulmonary and other ailments exacerbated from workplace conditions make it impossible for her to work. Cagle v. Astrue, No. 1:09CV40HEA/MLM (E.D. Mo.).
A March 30 Report and Recommendation by a magistrate judge was adopted on April 19 by Judge Henry E. Autrey of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
