Court Approves Unopposed Motion to Dismiss Claims from Upcoming Trial

CLEVELAND - A federal judge has granted an unopposed motion by Airco/The BOC Group Inc. and ESAB Group Inc. for summary judgment on claims by David Mann, the plaintiff in a trial scheduled to begin on May 7. Mann v. Airco/The BOC Group Inc., No. 1:06-CV-17288 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
