CLEVELAND - A workers' compensation insurer that moved to intervene in a welding fume products case to recoup disability payments to the plaintiff moved to withdraw on the eve of trial after reaching a subrogation agreement with the plaintiff. Arroyo v. Hobart Brothers Co., No. 1:08-wf-17980 (N.D. Ohio).
Ace American Insurance Co. filed its motion to dismiss on March 14, a day before trial was scheduled to begin on claims by Ruben Arroyo against Hobart Brothers Co.
