Arroyo Court Denies Most Pre-Trial Motions to Exclude Testimony




CLEVELAND - The judge presiding over the next trial in the Welding Fume Products Liability multidistrict litigation has memorialized more than dozen rulings made during a March 2 pre-trial hearing, most of which deny motions to limit or exclude testimony or evidence. Arroyo v. Hobart Bros. Co., No. 1:08-WF-17980 (N.D. Ohio).

U.S. District Judge Jack Zouhary issued an order on March 5 documenting his rulings on 17 pre-trial motions by defendant Hobart Brothers Co. and on two by plaintiff Ruben Arroyo.
