Hobart Files Objections to Plaintiff's Exhibits in Upcoming Trial

CLEVELAND - Welding products manufacturer Hobart Brothers Co. has filed objections to exhibits offered by plaintiff Ruben Arroyo for a trial scheduled to begin on March 15. Arroyo v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:08-wf-17980 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

The one-page notice was filed March 1 and was accompanied by a 244-page exhibit specifying the company's objection to individual exhibits.

Many of the exhibitions cite "relevance" as a reason for exclusion, as Hobart indicated that the proffered memo or document was produced by Lincoln Electric Co., Airco or other non-defendant.
