MDL Judge Grants Additional Motions for Counsel to Withdraw

CLEVELAND - The presiding judge in the federal Welding Fume Products Liability multidistrict litigation has approved motions by plaintiffs' counsel to withdraw from 32 additional cases this month. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio issued two orders on Feb. 3 approving motions by counsel and giving the listed plaintiffs 60 days in which to obtain new counsel or face dismissal.
