Welding MDL Court Updates Trial Schedule to Follow Arroyo

CLEVELAND - U.S. District Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley issued an updated trial schedule for the Welding Fume Products multi-district litigation on Feb. 1, with date-certain trials scheduled through January. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Docket No. l535] (N.D. Ohio).

The revised trial calendar for bellwether cases in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio includes the upcoming trial in Arroyo v. Lincoln Electric Co. (No. 08-WF-17980), which is set to begin before U.S. District Judge Jack Zouhary on March 15.
