CLEVELAND - Attorneys from Texas and Florida have asked the federal court overseeing the multi-district welding fume litigation to dismiss another 15 plaintiffs without prejudice. In Re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Docket 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

Counsel informed Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in each motion that that they "no longer seek to prosecute their individual claims against Defendants."
