OAKLAND, Calif. - California Superior Court Robert Freedman has followed a Dec. 22 Case Management Conference by scheduling plaintiff Richard Wacht's claims for trial on Jan. 18, 2011. Wacht v. ESAB, No. JCCP004368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
Wacht, a member of the Aguirre group of bridge workers, was a trial candidate proposed by plaintiffs in the coordinated litigation.
In his Dec. 30 order, Judge Freedman scheduled a pre-trial conference for Jan. 6 and ordered that all motions in limine be filed by Dec. 23.
