Hobart Stands Alone After Plaintiff Agrees to Dismiss Others

CLEVELAND - The federal Welding Fume Products MDL court has dismissed two of three defendants in the upcoming trial of claims by Texas welder Ruben Arroyo, leaving only Hobart Brothers Co. as a trial defendant.
