MDL Court Continues Deadlines for March Back-up Trial

CLEVELAND - The federal MDL court has continued discovery deadlines for the back-up trial scheduled for March, citing representations by attorneys for the plaintiff in the primary case that it will go forward as scheduled. Street v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:06-CV-17026 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio signed the Agreed Amended Case Management Order on Dec. 18 in the case brought by Richard Street against Lincoln Electric Co. and other welding product manufacturers.
