BOSTON - A Massachusetts woman has filed a lawsuit for injuries related to a discharge of crystalline silica caused by a silo malfunction at a Boston-area cement plant. Juliano v. Boston Sand & Gravel Co., et al., No. 09-11799 (D. Mass.).
Patsy Juliano filed the complaint Nov. 3 in Suffolk County Superior Court, claiming she suffered eye and skin injuries, and was caused to breath airborne silica particles, as a result of the silo malfunction.
