Calif. Judge Denies Motion to Compel Specifics of Plaintiff's Dust Mask Use

OAKLAND, Calif. - A California judge has denied a motion by Mine Safety Appliances to compel additional, specific information about a respiratory protection device a plaintiff claimed he wore while working at a Procter & Gamble plant that manufactured Comet-brand cleanser.
