OAKLAND, Calif. - A California judge has denied a motion by Mine Safety Appliances to compel additional, specific information about a respiratory protection device a plaintiff claimed he wore while working at a Procter & Gamble plant that manufactured Comet-brand cleanser. Smith v. A. Teichert & Son Inc., et al., No. RG05221212 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
