CLEVELAND - Defendants in a scheduled welding fume trial have asked the trial court to prevent plaintiff Ruben Arroyo from adding a design defect expert to his witness list, saying the addition would be untimely. Arroyo v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:08-wf-17980 [In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
