More Cases Voluntarily Dismissed from Welding Products MDL

CLEVELAND - Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley issued two orders on Nov. 23 granting motions to voluntarily dismiss another 18 cases from the federal Welding Fume Products multi-district litigation. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

On one order, Judge O'Malley dismissed claims by Ralph Brantley (1:08-wf-17888), Janet M. Dibble (1:04-CV-19736) and Ira Kosova (1:06-CV-17223).

A second order entered on the same day dismissed another cases by another 15 plaintiffs.
