Calif. Coordinating Judge Moves Hearing to Dec. 18

OAKLAND, Calif. - The judge presiding over the coordinated California welding docket has rescheduled a joint case management conference from Nov. 19 to Dec. 18 in the wake of recent voluntary dismissals of cases on the trial calendar. In re: Welding Products Cases, No. JCCP No. 4368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
Judge Robert Freedman issued the notice of schedule change on Nov. 4.
