Dr. Segarra Sues Insurer Over Coverage of RICO Lawsuit

JACKSON, Miss. - A physician and testifying expert in silica and asbestos litigation has sued his professional liability insurer for refusing to defend him against claims that he masterminded a plan to generate millions of dollars through false medical documentation of asbestos-related claims.
