Settlement of Philadelphia Silica Cases Leaves Two Unresolved

PHILADELPHIA - All but two of the 44 silica cases set for trial in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court over the next few months have been resolved after nearly six years on the court's mass tort docket. In Re: Silicosis Litigation, No. March 2003-0001 (Pa. Ct. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).
