MDL Judge Grants Voluntary Dismissals in 21 Cases

CLEVELAND - U.S. District Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley has issued two recent orders in which she agreed to dismiss without prejudice a total of 21 cases from the federal Welding Fume multi-district litigation. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 (N.D. Ohio).

Judge O'Malley dismissed 16 cases in an order filed on Oct. 14, and another five on Oct. 28.
