OAKLAND, Calif. - A plaintiff whose case was on the coordinated California docket's upcoming trial schedule has submitted a request for dismissal of his claims. Kiser v. Airco Inc., et al., No. RG-06-289250 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
The notice by plaintiff Robert Kiser Sr. was filed in the Alameda County (Calif.) Superior Court on Oct. 26.
The Kiser case was the subject of a recent discovery order by Judge Robert Freedman, who presides over the coordinated Welding Products Cases docket (Case No. JCCP No. 4368; See HarrisMartin's Litigation Watch: Welding Fumes, Sept. 2009).
