NEW YORK - A federal appellate court has affirmed judgment for an ink manufacturer accused of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act by failing to make accommodations for a worker who claimed injury from exposure to chemical fumes. McBride v. BIC Consumer Products Manufacturing Company Inc., No. 07-5689-cv (2nd Cir.).
