MONTGOMERY, Ala. - An Alabama appellate court has reversed a trial court's denial of workers' compensation benefits to a nurse who claimed injury from exposure to chemical fumes and ordered the lower court to provide its findings of fact and conclusions of law in any new judgment. Williams v. Valley View Health and Rehabilitation, No. 208039 (Ala. Ct. Civ. App.).
The Court of Civil Appeals of Alabama reversed and remanded with instructions on Oct. 16, effectively reinstating - at least, temporarily - the claim by Carolyn Williams against her former employer.
