ALBANY, N.Y. - A hairstylist's claim that exposure to workplace chemicals led her to develop a form of lupus and multiple chemical sensitivity was filed outside the statute of limitations and must be dismissed, a New York appellate court has affirmed. Frumento v. On Rite Co., No. 2008-06345 (N.Y. Sup Ct. App. Div., 2nd Dept.).
