Judge in Coordinated Calif. Cases Sets Deadlines for Upcoming Trials

OAKLAND, Calif. - The judge in an upcoming California welding products trial said in a recent case management order that he will hear motions in limine on Feb. 3. Venturi v. A.O. Smith Corp., et al., No. RG006272123 [In re: Welding Products Cases, No. JCCP No. 4368] (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).

Lazzaro Venturi's claims are scheduled to be tried on Feb. 16.

The Venturi schedule was included in an order from California Superior Court Judge Robert Freedman on Sept. 9, which followed a conference on Aug. 26.

Judge Freedman also considered other cases in the order.
