Judge Awards Summary Judgment to E.D. Bullard in All Philadelphia Cases

PHILADELPHIA - E.D. Bullard Co. has been awarded summary judgment in all silica cases pending in Philadelphia County's coordinated silica docket after the air-fed hood manufacturer argued that none of the plaintiffs could prove they were harmed by its product. In Re Silica Litigation, March Term, 2003 - No. 00001 (Pa. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).

Judge Sandra Mazer Moss granted the Kentucky-based company's motion Sept. 15 in a one-page order that was not accompanied by an opinion.
