More Plaintiffs Ask to Withdraw from Welding Products MDL

CLEVELAND - Counsel for another 109 plaintiffs in the federal Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL have asked the court to allow them to voluntarily dismiss their actions without prejudice to re-filing at some future date. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
The latest voluntary dismissal motion was filed on Aug. 14 in the federal multi-district litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
