CLEVELAND - Plaintiffs and defendants in the upcoming federal MDL welding fumes trial have filed a series of motions in limine in recent days, asking the court to limit their oppponents' experts or preclude certain references at trial. Cooley v. Lincoln Electric Co., [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

Attorneys for Curtis and Nancy Cooley, whose trial is scheduled to begin on Sept. 14, and defendants filed a series of motions on July 24.
