Silica Plaintiff's Toe, Arm Injuries Are Relevant Discovery, Judge Rules




OAKLAND, Calif. - A silica plaintiff's medical records pertaining to injuries to his foot and arm, as well as a fall he experienced several years ago, are discoverable and cannot be withheld from defendants under the state's code of civil procedure, a judge has ruled. Crenshaw v. Lone Star Industries Inc., et al., No. RG05-210497 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
