Parties in Upcoming MDL Trial Submit Lists of Fact Witnesses

CLEVELAND - A South Carolina man whose welding fume claims are now scheduled to be tried in the federal multidistrict litigation in January submitted a preliminary list of fact witnesses on July 10. Ray v. Lincoln Electric Co., No. 1:04-cv-18252 (N.D. Ohio).

The filing follows an initial case management order issued by MDL presiding judge Kathleen M. O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio on June 24.
