CLEVELAND - A Louisiana law firm has notified the federal Welding Fume Product Liability MDL that plaintiffs in 204 lawsuits have elected to withdraw their complaints. In re: Welding fume Product Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

The motion for voluntary dismissal was filed on July 6 and approved on July 14 by MDL Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
