MDL Panel Denies Objections, Finalizes Transfer Order

CLEVELAND - A Missouri pro se plaintiff who objected to a transfer to the federal multi-district litigation docket will nevertheless have to litigate her claims in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio after the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict litigation finalized its transfer order.
