Cooley Defendants Submit Reports by Expert Witnesses

CLEVELAND - Defendants in a trial scheduled for September have submitted reports by experts expected to be called as witnesses in keeping with the June 8 deadline imposed by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, where the case is to be tried. <i.Cooley v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 05-CV-17734 [In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1535 (No. 1:03-CV-17000)] (N.D. Ohio).

The expert reports were all submitted on behalf of defendants The ESAB Group Inc.; Hobart Brothers Co.; Lincoln Electric Co.; Linde LLC (formerly BOC Group and/or Airco); and TDY Industries.
