Court Updates Case Management Order for Coordinated Calif. Cases

OAKLAND, Calif. - The judge presiding over California's coordinated welding products docket entered an updated case management order on June 23, setting conference schedules for several upcoming trials. In re: Welding Products Cases, No. JCCP004368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).

Judge Robert Freedman also said the next case management conference will be held on Aug. 26.
