Plaintiff Says Silicosis, Lung Cancer Claims Relate Back to Prior Suits

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - A plaintiff responding to a motion to dismiss silicosis and silica-related lung cancer claims in North Carolina has argued that his suit is not time-barred because it relates back to claims he made in two previous complaints filed in South Carolina and Texas.
