Defendants Name Experts for Upcoming Trial in Welding MDL

CLEVELAND - Defendants preparing for a September trial in the federal Welding Fume Products MDL have submitted a list of experts likely to testify at trial, as well as a consulting expert available for deposition. Cooley v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 05-CV-17734 [In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1535 (No. 1:03-CV-17000)] (N.D. Ohio).

Defendants disclosed their experts on May 11 in U.S. District Court for the Northern of Ohio, where trial is scheduled to begin on Sept. 14 before the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation's presiding Judge, Kathleen M. O'Malley.
