CLEVELAND - Plaintiffs and defendants in the MDL trial scheduled to begin on Sept. 14 have until July 8 to file dispositive motions on Daubert challenges, according to the latest case management order by presiding Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley. Cooley v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 05-CV-17734 [In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1535 (No. 1:03-CV-17000)] (N.D. Ohio).
Judge O'Malley filed the Case Management Order on May 12, confirming deadlines for discovery requests and responses, and setting other deadlines for the next-scheduled bellwether trial.
