JACKSON, Miss. - An insurance company that says it paid more than its agreed share of a $1.75 million silica settlement has asked a federal judge to order another insurer to contribute its full portion of the total amount. Union Insurance Co. v. The Travelers Companies Inc., No. 09-283 (S.D. Miss.).
