OAKLAND, Calif. - A plaintiff and a defense firm have asked for leave to withdraw as liaison counsel in California's coordinated welding products docket, citing their lack of pending cases. In Re: Welding Products Cases, No. JCCP004368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
The requests on behalf of Co-Liaison Plaintiffs' Counsel Paul & Hanley and Co-Liaison Defense Counsel Filice, Brown, Eassa & McLeod were included in a Joint Statement prior to a May 28 case management conference in the California coordinated welding products cases.
