CLEVELAND - The judge who will oversee a scheduled January welding fume trial said in an amended case management order that the plaintiff has until May 27 to amend his complaint to add claims against "previously dismissed peripheral defendants." Ousley v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:04-cv-17327 [In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1535 (No. 1:03-CV-17000)] (N.D. Ohio).
Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley, who oversees all cases in the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation multidistrict litigation, also set deadlines for discovery and motions in limine in her May 12 order.
