COLUMBUS, Ohio - Welding fume plaintiff Joseph Boyd has responded to manufacturers who have asked the Ohio Supreme Court to allow an appeal of an intermediate court opinion allowing his failure-to-warn claims, saying the issue does not meet the criteria for the court's discretionary review. Boyd v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 09-0376 (Ohio Sup. Ct.).
