Ohio Plaintiffs Add to List of Voluntary Dismissals

CLEVELAND - Counsel for plaintiffs in the consolidated Ohio welding fumes docket notified the court in April of several additional voluntary dismissals. In re: Welding Rod Civil Actions Products Liability Litigation, No. 04-531703 (Ohio Ct. Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).

The court docketed five separate dismissals on April 15, in each case noting that plaintiffs were dismissing the claims of the named individuals only and that the dismissals were without prejudice.

The five notices were for Michael Czerkas, Prince Donald, David Taylor, William Rinehart and Eugene Staveski.
