Philadelphia Defendants Again Move to Dismiss Docket on X-ray Violations

PHILADELPHIA - A motion has been filed in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court requesting that the state's entire coordinated silica docket be dismissed because the pending cases all result from illegal X-ray screenings that cannot be used to prove medical causation.
