PHILADELPHIA - A motion has been filed in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court requesting that the state's entire coordinated silica docket be dismissed because the pending cases all result from illegal X-ray screenings that cannot be used to prove medical causation. In Re Silica Litigation, March Term, 2003, No. 0001 (Pa. Ct. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).
