LOS ANGELES - A California appellate court has affirmed dismissal of claims against 78 manufacturers and suppliers sued by foundry workers who alleged injury from exposure to metal fabrication products. Navarrette, et al. v. Armite Laboratories Inc., et al., No. B203997 (Calif. Ct. App., 2nd Dist.).
The Second District Court of Appeal said in its April 20 unpublished opinion affirming dismissal that plaintiffs have had numerous opportunities to plead facts to allow for delayed discovery, but have not done so.
