Judge Identifies Additional Cases for Medical Records Discovery

CLEVELAND - The presiding judge in the federal Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation has issued an order listing another 175 cases for medical records discovery. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Case No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio noted in her March 11 order that this is the third such batch of cases designated for discovery.
