Judicial Panel Transfers Mass., Minn. Cases to Federal MDL

CLEVELAND - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation issued a conditional order on March 3 transferring welding fume cases from Massachusetts and Minnesota federal courts to the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Case No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

The panel assigned the cases to Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley, who presides over the federal multi-district litigation.

The latest cases to be transferred are these:
