MDL Court Dismisses J.W. Harris Co. from 180 Cases

CLEVELAND - The federal judge overseeing the Welding Fume Products Liability multi-district litigation dismissed J.W. Harris Company Inc. from 180 MDL cases on March 24, pursuant to a request from plaintiffs. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Case No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

The order by Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio notes that that the voluntary dismissal by plaintiffs is without prejudice.
